The situation
A tutoring practice with a decade of teaching behind it and no software to match. Students across twenty-odd countries, progress tracked in whatever a tutor happened to keep, past papers passed around as PDFs, and mock exams marked by hand. Three products, not one site.
What we built
A marketing site with the full course catalogue, faculty, testimonials and refund policy — because trust is what an education buyer is actually shopping for
A question bank of 36 courses across ten exam boards, in three formats: past papers, levelled practice, and self-learn units with readings, inline-solution worksheets and quizzes
Per-student progress by topic, weak areas the student flags themselves, and homework tracked so nothing quietly slips
A timed mock exam platform with a teacher side — assign a paper, watch attempts come in, score them, and run quality control on the questions themselves
Entitlements, so some courses are free and the rest sit behind an account
Teacher tooling around the edges: whiteboards, paper management, report approvals

A volunteer-run chapter with programmes to fill and no reliable way for a newcomer to find out what was running, when, or how to turn up. The people organising it are teachers and volunteers, not administrators of a website.

Four properties across Goa, Himachal and Kashmir, running on WordPress, with every kind of enquiry arriving down the same pipe. Bookings, long stays, franchise interest, collaborations, jobs, volunteers and internships were all landing in one inbox and being triaged by hand.
What we built
A rebuild off WordPress, so the site renders on the server and loads on the connection a traveller actually has
A booking flow with real per-property availability, rather than a form promising that somebody will check
Separate capture for long-stay, franchise, collaboration, job, volunteer and internship enquiries — different conversations that were being treated as one
An admin surface so the team can run bookings and enquiries without coming back to us
Property pages for each location, with the guest policy and activities a traveller reads before booking
