Who you would be working with

A small studio thattakes the brief seriously.

Tentharc is a web development studio building websites, applications, and search presence for businesses that want to be found — including by the AI assistants their customers now ask first.

Why Tentharc exists

Most businesses have been sold a website and separately sold search work, by two suppliers who each blame the other when nothing arrives. The site is built in a way that search cannot fix, and the search work is content bolted onto a structure that was never designed to answer anything.

We do both, in one engagement, because they are one problem. The decisions that make a site fast, readable, and honestly structured are the same decisions that make it the source an assistant quotes.

The name is the argument. An arc of ten positions, and only the first one is read out.

Founder

Vidit Aggarwal

Ten years teaching mathematics online — IBDP, IGCSE, SAT and the UK admissions tests — and building Shrividhya Institute into a practice with more than 500 students across 20 countries.

When the teaching outgrew spreadsheets, the software got built rather than bought: a question bank of 36 courses across ten exam boards, per-student progress tracking, and a timed mock exam platform with a teacher side. Still teaches.

That is the useful part of the background. Not a decade of billing clients — a decade of running a business that depended on the software being right, and having to answer for it when it was not.

How we work

You own everything
Hosting, database, analytics, and domain accounts are created in your name wherever possible. We work inside them with access you grant and can revoke. Leaving us should be a permissions change, not a migration project.
Scope is written before it is built
Every project starts with a description of what will exist when we are done, including what will not. Change requests are priced in writing before work on them starts — especially the small ones, which is where projects actually go wrong.
The person who scopes it builds it
No handoff from the people who sold the work to the people doing it, because that handoff is where the understanding gets lost and the estimate stops being true.
We measure, then report the number
Analytics goes in before launch, not after. Search and citation position is recorded before the work starts so the movement is provable rather than asserted.
We say no
To impossible deadlines, to briefs that are a competitor's URL, to guaranteed rankings, and to clients who cannot name a decision-maker. Declining early is cheaper for both sides than discovering the problem in week five.

If that sounds like the way you want to work, say hello.
